This error can happen if the site is not formatted correctly to suit your phone's browser, or there is an issue with the stability of that site.

I received an error message 'Server Error' - what does this mean?

This error can happen when the server that the phone is trying to communicate with is experiencing a problem. Exit your Mobile browser and try again later.

I received an error message 'UP-Link Error' - what does this mean?

This error happens if the settings on your phone have been lost and as a result it's trying to communicate on a different frequency. Alternatively, your phone may not yet be registered for browsing, which can take up to 48 hours from the time of purchase.

I received an error message 'Security is not enabled, enabling security will take several minutes, proceed?' - what does this mean?

This is not an 'error message' - this is the phone's way of attempting to make a connection. Select 'YES' at the bottom corner of the phone's screen - the phone will try to connect again and then you can continue as normal.
